It bands together small (conventional) bales into packs of 21.

Bale Band It is pulled behind your small square baler. When 21 small bales are in the chamber, the bales are banded together in a tight, easy to move bundle. The Bale Band It is fully automated and unloads on the go.

How it all works

The Bale Band It is powered using hydraulics from your tractor. The bales exit the baler, then turned on edge and stacked three high in the bale bandits chamber, seven rows of three bales form the 21 bale pack.

The full process is continuos and fully automatic, once the 21 bale pack is formed it is pushed out the back of the machine, and the process starts again

Handling

The steel banding makes the packs very robust, meaning they can be handled using a bale spike, pallet tines or squeezer
